Hi, I am Lan. (Elana)

I was born in China and now live in New Zealand with my family. I’ve loved drawing since I was a little kid, and I always dreamed of becoming an illustrator or animator. Creating with my hands whether through sketching or crafting that has always been my happy place.

By day, I work as a Senior Graphic/UI Designer and Photographer, and in my free time, I pour my passion into illustrations, on digital canvas, on paper, and even on press-on nails. I especially love turning simple, ordinary things into something beautiful.

Life is busy, and it’s not always easy to live exactly the way you want, but I believe that a dream isn’t only something to chase or give up. It’s something you can accommodate into your life. Lan. ART is where my dream continues to grow.
